Returns policy

Consumers have the right to cancel an order and return the products without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting BMG customer service or sending a notice of cancellation to shop@bmgpower.eu.

The consumer may cancel the order and return the products only if they have not been used in any way other than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, to the same extent as the consumer would be entitled to test similar products in a shop.

If the products have been used for any other purpose, or if they show signs of use or wear, BMG may reduce the amount refunded according to the reduction in the value of the products.

BMG will refund the consumer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. BMG may withhold the refund until the consumer has returned the products to BMG. BMG has the right to refuse cancellation and return if:

- the products have been unpacked or opened;
- the products are unpackaged or opened;
- the products are unsuitable for return for health protection or safety reasons;
- the products were made or procured to the consumer’s personal specifications;
- the products were made or procured according to conditions set by the consumer;
- the products deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The consumer will compensate BMG for all costs related to returning the products and for any reasonable loss in value of the delivered products. Customers who are not consumers do not have the right of withdrawal described in this section.
